Lift Tower System

Lead designer and co-creator of Bigge's proprietary Lift Tower System (LTS) capable of lifting 3,500 tons in restricted spaces such as refineries and power plants.

 

  • Co-developed the concept of the system with lead engineer.

  • Developed multiple digital prototypes to analyze designs and improve the manufacturability of the system. 

  • Analyzed egress options for workers who had to climb 200 foot tall tower.

  • Developed modular tower design to be used in multiple configurations. Possible configurations include 3 or 4 legs systems at either 12 or 14 foot spacing and up to 200 feet tall.

  • Created over (200) 2D & 3D design drawings for manufacturing.
