Refinery Hydrocracker Reactor

Part of design team responsible for loading, barging and unloading 100 foot long reactor vessel weighing 600 tons.

 

  • Designed barge layout to transport (3) 600 ton hydrocracker reactors.

  • Created 2D CAD drawings instructing field crew how to arrange barge and offload hydrocracker using Bigge's 1,000 ton barge ramps at high tide to reduce slope of ramp during offload. 

  • Configured layout of self propelled hydraulic platform trailers and equipment required to carry load.
